Urban Nest is an online store based in the United Arab Emirates, offering a wide range of products including home essentials, fitness gear, tech gadgets, beauty items, kids' accessories, and more.
2. How long does delivery take?
We offer fast local delivery across the UAE. Your order will typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days after it's processed.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use that number to track your delivery in real time.
4. Do you ship outside the UAE?
At the moment, we only deliver within the UAE. However, we’re working on expanding our reach — stay tuned!
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards and secure online payment methods. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
